  本文闡述了液晶電視背光源的發(fā)展趨勀LED背光源的�(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及技�(shù)�(yōu)勀� 基于色度�(xué)理論,介紹了LED背光源模組的色域、色溫、色差的計算方法�

  本文通過改變LED光譜中的黃光�(fā)射峰的中心波長位置及其強(qiáng)度來考察色域、色溫、色差的變化,藍(lán)光發(fā)射峰的波長及�(qiáng)度不變,黃光�(fā)射峰中心波長變化范圍�530nm-570nm.�(qiáng)度變化范圍為樣品黃光峰強(qiáng)度的80%-120%。結(jié)果發(fā)�(xiàn):黃光波峰左移及其強(qiáng)度增加均會導(dǎo)致色域的增大,反之減小,其中黃光波峰每左�5nm,色域會增�2%-4%,強(qiáng)度每增加5%,色域會增大0.01%-0.2%;黃光波峰左移及其強(qiáng)度減小均會導(dǎo)致色溫的升高,反之降低,其中黃光波峰每左�5nm,色溫上升,幅度最大的�12500K上升�15000K,強(qiáng)度每減小5%,色溫上升,幅度最大的�16000K上升�19000K;黃光波峰的移動及強(qiáng)度變化均�(dǎo)致色坐標(biāo)的變化�

  在LED的制作過程中,可以將模組的理論計算值作為參考,通過�(diào)整發(fā)光材料的組分來達(dá)到模組光�(xué)要求,有很高的應(yīng)用價值�

  Abstract: In recently years, backlight technology as light sources of liquid crystal display develops rapidly. And LED backlight has gradually become the main stream. It is mainly used in LCD TV, mobile phone and so on,in order to expanding the gamut, improving dynamic contrast and energy saving.

  This paper describes the development trend of LCD TV backlight, the present development situation and technical advantage of LED backlight. Based on the color theories, the calculation method of gamut, temperature, chromatism is introduced..

  By changing the LED spectra such as the central wavelength position and intensity of the yellow light emission peak, the changing of gamut, temperature, chromatism is inspected, the wavelength of the blue light emission peak and the strength stay unchanged,the yellow light emission peak wavelength range from 530nm to 570nm,strength from 80% of samples yellow light emission peak strength to 120%.The results found that moving left and its intensity increasing of yellow light wave caused gamut increase,when yellow light wave moves left 5nm, color gamut will increase 2%-4%,strength 5% increase, color gamut will increase 0.01%-0.2%.Yellow light wave moves left and its intensity decreases are causing a color temperature increases, when yellow light wave moves left 5nm, color temperature rise, the largest amount is from 12500 K rose to 15000 K,strength reduces 5%, the color temperature rise, the largest amount is from 16000 K rose to 19000 K.The moving of yellow light wave and strength changes also change the color coordinates.

  In the process of LED making, the theoretical calculation value can be a reference. Then adjust the luminous material components to achieve module optical requirements, It has high applied value.
